SECURITY: Our shopping cart system uses the best security available on the web. Also, all of the customer information you give us is kept strictly confidential and we do not make our customer list available to anyone, ever. SHIPPING: We charge only the actual cost of shipping, there are no handling charges.  Because we only charge the actual cost of postage, we cannot give you a total on your order until after it is shipped. Orders are sent by First Class or Priority Mail, larger parcels are sent by UPS.  Most orders are shipped within a week, but occasionally items are backordered or delayed in shipping to us, so please allow two weeks before inquiring about your order. If we anticipate a delay longer than that, we'll let you know by email.  We do not accept/ship orders under $6.00. FOREIGN ORDERS: We welcome orders from outside of the US. Small orders are sent by International First Class or Priority Mail International with orders $50 and over insured, with all of the appropriate customs forms and declarations.  Customs forms  are not necessary on all parcels, but on those that do require it, all information will be stated accurately and completely.  Please do not ask us to do otherwise. ERRORS: We try hard not to let mistakes happen, but if we've made an error in your order, please contact us and we'll correct it as quickly as possible. RETURNS: All returns must be authorized.  Please contact us if you wish to return any items. Unless we are in error and have sent you an item you did not order, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges are not refundable.  Returned items must be in saleable condition. Special orders and sale items are not returnable
